Here is a summary of the Voice Mail prompt process and responses:

1) If the user has *not* recorded a "Recorded Name" prompt and has *not* recorded a call handling mode greeting ... and a caller is sent to their voicemail box:

--> The caller will hear a built-in "ShoreTel" prompt, followed by their extension number, followed by their current call handling mode, followed by the built-in "instructions prompt"

    --> "You are being forwarded to a ShoreTel Voice Mail System."

    --> "Extension 2...5...6..."

    --> "Is in a meeting"

    --> "Please leave a message.  When you have finished recording you may ..."

2) If the user *has* recorded a "Recorded Name" prompt but has *not* recorded a call handling mode greeting ... and a caller is sent to their voice mail box:

--> The caller will hear a built-in "ShoreTel" prompt, followed by their recorded name, followed by their current call handling mode, followed by the built-in "instructions prompt"

    --> "You are being forwarded to a ShoreTel Voice Mail System."

    --> "Jeff Rowley"

    --> "Is in a meeting"

    --> "Please leave a message.  When you have finished recording you may ..."

3) If the user *has* recorded a call handling mode greeting ... and a caller is sent to their voice mail box:

--> The caller will hear the user's greeting followed by the built-in "instructions prompt"

    --> "This is Jeff Rowley and you've reached my voice mail.  Press 1 to find me or leave a message after the beep"

    --> "Please leave a message.  When you have finished recording you may ..."

(note: the recorded status of the name prompt is irrelevant in this case)
