McCorkle’s role will include the activities associated with vendor management and LANtelligence’s outstanding Technical Assistance Center with a focus on customer satisfaction. As the new TAC Manager, McCorkle aims to significantly improve customer experience and achieve digital transformation.

McCorkle brings to LANtelligence more than 15 years of exceptional leadership experience in the UC technology space, serving as Director of Technical Services and Client Services at Fortune 500 netsapiens, Digium Inc., and Mitchell International. McCorkle has a proven track record of transforming businesses to drive customer experience, growth, and profitability.
